Distiller: Christian Drouin
A seductive and well-structured calvados without much wood taste. Perfect for an aperitif or on a sorbet.
While the Calvados of the Pays d'Auge requires a prolonged aging in oak barrels to achieve the full flavor, the one of Domfrontaise, whose aromatic universe is dominated by the fruit, can be tasted young. For this reason, Christian Drouin decided to add to the range a Calvados produced in the little farm near Domfront.
Color: pale gold

Aftertaste: clear, it extends on the plum and leaves the palate fresh and available.
