Claudio Corallo is one of the largest cocoa farmers directly from the plantations located on the islands of Sao Tome and Principe in the Gulf of Guinea to the west of the African continent. Here is an extremely prized cocoa that has been exported all over the world since the 70s, with great success.
This version with Grape Passa and distilled Pera is recommended for the summer and muggy months, thanks to the fresh and pleasant taste that does not "weigh" in the mouth.
