Shake and pour into a tropical-style glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice, mint leaves and lime zest.
Mai Tai can be paired with fish dishes, summer finger food and generally cold dishes with delicate, not overpowering flavours.
The orzata syrup can be replaced by Bitter Truth's Golden Falernum to accentuate the spicy and exotic character of the drink or, alternatively, byAmaretto Bianco Adriatico for a creamier and softer texture.
