Aged 5 years in oak barrels, this Cognac is made in the Fins Bois region, surrounding the Grand and Petit Champagne lands. Made 100% with bio Ugni Blanc grapes, with vine roots growing in a calcareous land, this variety brings an intense and refined flavor.
Jon Bertelsen makes his Cognac always using just one vintage, avoiding blends, in order to obtain constantly high quality products, also with no additives or clarification.
This is a dry Cognac, delicate, with fruit and flowers in the taste and citrus and cinnamon scents.
