Distilled in the State of Oregon, at House Spirits distilleries, Aviation Gin is the product of a collaboration between a Bartender and a Distiller. Is produce with an infusion of different herbs and spices: cardamom, lavender, hemisdemus indicus (Indian salsaparilla), coriander, anise and orange peels in wheat neutral alcohol for 48 hours.
The gin is then distilled in a steel still. Later it’s alcohol content is reduced to 42 degrees using pure water and letting rest for another day before bottling. Aviation Gin is considered a New Western Dry Gin, which is a new style of gin incorporating different botanicals besides the traditional juniper, in order to obtain a more full and more balanced taste in comparison to more known styles.
It’s ideal for classic cocktails with citrus notes. Aviation Gin leaves a charmingly unique scent of lavender, cardamom, anis and Indian salsaparilla.
