Gin Forest is produced in Jurgen Ljcops company, near Antwerp.
Bergamot, coriander, angelica and pears grown on the 1.5 hectares property of the company. The philosophy is to obtain pure distillates based on juniper, to which they add, following the seasons, “homemade” ingredients.
The base for all the productions is cereal distillate obtained with quadruple distillation in a copper pot. In a first time, botanicals and fruits are macerated, then they are separately distilled and assembled in the distillate base.
