In 1775, the first juniper distillery was established in France, in the center of Dunkerque Citadelle, thanks to a royal privilege. During 1989, this artisanal gin with 19 different herbs, was produced again in small cognac stills at Pierre Ferrand distillery, a century after its disappearance.

• Fragrance: considerable and vernal, juniper and jasmine gives a beautiful freshness, with citrus sweetness in center and anise and cinnamon structure at the end
