The ambition of the Belgian House is to produce a gin mixing the juniper with only local ingredients. The fragrance is richly empyreumatic (cypress, menthol) and spicy (cloves, nutmeg).
The taste is both spicy and fruity. Citrus fruits release a juice which is sweet and sour all around the palate. Then, mint and cumin are slowly melting in part of the mouth. Vanilla, camphor and pepper, the aftertaste reminds you of freshly cut grass.
