The first artisanal Pastis made in Italy, is a creation of two young and enterprising young men from Piedmont. After cold infusion of plants and spices they make a distillation with alcoholate. Herbs come from local producers near the company location and most of them from Bio crops. The sweetener used is Cane sugar Mascobado, from Fair Trade Organization.
You can serve it with few ice cubes and a little of pure water as an aperitif or during the post-dinner as pleasant digestive.
