Derrumbes No. 1 is produced solely with agave angustifolia (espadin) by the Mateo family, growing for generations. It is twice distilled then let to rest for three months before bottling. The result is a very expressive Derrumbes, firstly with a smoky fragrance, then macadamia nuts and burnt rubber, leaving the scene to menthol and herbs, refreshing the taste.
