Capreolus Siegerrebe 2018. The Siegerrebe varietal is a cross between Gewürztraminer and Madeleine Angevine, a variety originating from the Loire with a typical dry and floral character similar to Pinot Blanc. The grapes come from Three Choirs Vineyard, one of the first Anglo-Saxon vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation takes place without the skins that are added before distillation in small batches heated with hot water.
This grape distillate is made according to traditional distillation techniques, using the most authentic raw material. Impossible to not try them.
