Distiller: Flor De Caña
After a continuous distillation, Flor de Ca 12 years Centenari rested in ex-Bourbon barrels in the aging cellar located inside the cane fields, to the west of Nicaragua. Benefiting from an aging process using the slow-aged method of the Flor de Ca, this rum is simultaneously sweet and seductive thanks to its rich and balanced aromatic palette.
Nose: gourmand. Hazelnut, almond, honey.
Mouth: balanced. Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon.
Aftertaste: Delicate, with chocolate and spices.
