Born from the assembly of different malt rye distillates, this brandy highlights the talent and the work of its creator: Boris Rodionov, who has such a passion for this cereal that he extracts all the substantial marrow in order to highlight all its aromatic and gustatory potential.
• Color: colorless.
• Nose: dense, deep and exotic (roasted pineapple, mango, banana platano), it is prolonged on balsamic notes (tuya, cedar), medicinal (balsam, ointment) and on new flowers even more intoxicating (tuberose, lily, lilac).
• Mouth: invites us to munch on the taste of black chocolate, licorice stick, toasted walnuts as well as peeled almonds. Half of the mouth shows saline and herbaceous (watercress, valerianella). It gradually reveals notes of frangipane and candied citrus (lemon, grapefruit).
• Profile: dense, deep. Fermentative (boiled, artichoke background). Exotic (roasted pineapple, mango, banana plane tree). Floral (iris, rose pepper). Balsamic notes (tuya, cedar), medicines (balsam, ointment).
• Final: long, complex. From the first moment it renders raspberries and wild strawberries in the smallest details.
