Distiller: Basil Hayden's
Basil Hayden draws its singularity because of a double amount of rye in comparison to other Bourbons. The contrast between rye spices and wheat sweetness generates an aromatic, fruity and spicy bouquet. Pepper notes are balanced by a pinch of citrus and by a warm aftertaste. this Bourbon, aged eight years, is relatively sweet (40% ABV) and can be drunk neat or in a cocktail... with a Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, for istance!
