Never Never Distilling Co. is the story of three friends with the ambition to create Australia's most innovative gin brand.
This project began with the three founders George, Sean, and Tim. Both the name and their love of adventure are inspired by the Never Never, the vast expanse of the Australian outback that stretches beyond the horizon. The three friends decided to pool their money for a hybrid column still they named Wendy, in the back of a brewery on the outskirts of Adelaide.

The plants and botanicals used to produce Everleaf follow a strong search for sustainability and preservation of ecosystems: many ingredients, such as sugar, are Fairtrade certified, others come from organic farming, such as olive leaves, while others are linked to social initiatives. The traceability of each individual element is always guaranteed, and ensures the best quality of the raw material. Depending on the plant, different extraction methods are used to obtain the best aromas: for example, steam distillation for vetiver and maceration in alcohol for vanilla. The acacia gum, which gives the non-alcoholic spirit its viscosity, is reduced to a fine powder. The extracts are then blended together by hand.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
