Cognac

Over the past three centuries, Cognac has been universally recognized as the most refined of wine distillates.

Fruity, characterized by a great refinement of aromas, it stands out for its intensity, warmth and, above all, for the complexity in which the elegance of the base grape stands out.

These wines are characterized by high acidity and low alcohol content, perfect for distillation, which occurs (twice) in copper stills.
