Sherry is the typical fortified wine originating from Jerez de la Frontera, on the southern coast of Spain.
Complex wine, available in many different styles based on the degree of sweetness, in turn divided into two large families: Fino and Oloroso. Manzanilla, Fino and Amontillado belong to the first category, while Oloroso, Cream and Pedro Ximénez belong to the Oloroso category.
