Distiller: Cesar Florido
Cesar Florido is the owner and factotum of Cesar Florido, in business since 1887, and in its fifth generation.
He owns 21 hectares, planted with palomino in the Pagos of Balbàna and Miraflores, and some hectares in Chipiona, on sandy soil, cultivated with Muscat of Alexandria for the production of Moscatel. It is the only bodegas left to carry out all the stages of sherry production, from the vineyard to bottling. He cultivates grapes, vinifies them with natural yeasts, fortifies and ages in his solera, located in three bodegas, in the heart of Chipiona, a few meters from the Atlantic Ocean.
His Fino El Rama is a wine that makes the tongue snap and the pupils shine. The Fino En rama by Cesar Florido is the perfect way to start an evening. With its 15 degrees, it goes very well with an aperitif or an appetizer and in fact it goes perfectly with tapas.
