June

France

June produces a distillate that is unique in the world. As a production process, it is more reminiscent of a perfume than a liqueur: the flowers of different varieties of vine are harvested in June and left to macerate separately in alcohol for several days in a wine distillate, distilled in a Florentine still and then blended together before the final distillation. The result? The spring floweriness of the vine crystallized in the glass.
