- 20 ml Monin Pumpkin and Spice Syrup
- 45 ml Vodka / Bourbon / Scotch / Tequila Reposado
- 10 ml Monin Ginger Syrup
- 15 ml Monin Concentrated Rantcho Lime
- 2 dash of Bitter Truth Aromatic Old Time
- 30 ml foamer
Pour all ingredients except the bitter into a MONIN Shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with drops of aromatic bitters on the foam. The Dry Shake and Reverse Dry Shake techniques are also recommended for this cocktail in order to enhance the presence of the foamer and create a very appealing visual texture.
