Paragon Rue Berry is part of the new Cordial Monin line, which was created with the aim of building an encyclopaedia of very rare flavours and aromas that are hard to find for those who want to create quality cocktails with an extra touch.
Paragon acts as a flavour enhancer, sweetener and acidifier for drinks, and is produced using a new flavour extraction technique called Supermassive CO2, i.e. by means of compressed carbon dioxide, which is able to make every single facet of flavour tangible.
Paragon is very versatile, and can also be tried in its simplest expression, by adding 20 ml to a soda in a tumbler full of ice: a unique and totally unprecedented experience. The first volume of this line is dedicated to pepper.
This sweet and aromatic cordial is made from Aleppo rue cultivated in Ethiopia. This plant has sweetly scented leaves and berries with a stronger, spicier aroma. a cordial rich in notes of passion fruit, jasmine and hay.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
