Paragon White Penja Pepper is part of Monin's new line of Cordials, which was created with the aim of building an encyclopaedia of very rare flavours and aromas that are hard to find for those who want to create quality cocktails with an extra touch.
Paragon acts as a flavour enhancer, sweetener and acidifier for drinks, and is produced using a new flavour extraction technique called Supermassive CO2, i.e. through compressed carbon dioxide, which is able to make every single facet of flavour tangible.
Paragon is very versatile, and can also be tried in its simplest expression, adding 20 ml to a soda in a tumbler full of ice: a unique and totally unprecedented experience. The first volume of this line is dedicated to pepper.
This reference is made from the rare white pepper of Penja, the pearl of Cameroon, which grows on the volcanic soil of the valley of the same name. It is considered one of the best peppercorns in the world, and possesses a fresh and delicately wild aroma of menthol, camphor and musk.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
