For more than 250 years, Hennessy can safely call itself the world leader in Cognac production. Created in 1765, this brand was born from the vision of a man: Richard Hennessy, an Irish officer enlisted in the army of Louis XV, who immediately understood the potential of this distillate on the international market. Of course, the farm is located in France, in the small town of Cognac, where for over eight generations the ugni blanc grape has been vinified trying to keep the aromas of this splendid terroir intact. Distillation is performed in copper stills, while aging completes the distillate itself, which can be left to rest for even a hundred years. In the historic Hennessy cellars, immersed in a soft light and enjoying optimal climatic conditions, you come across what is considered one of the largest reserves of eau-de-vie in the world.
