Wyborowa (exquisite in Polish) began its production in the 1920s in a Poznań distillery. Thanks to the inspiration of the entrepreneur Hartwig Kantorowicz, it immediately obtained great approvals especially from the local clientele, a hungry vodka drinker. Almost one hundred years after its foundation, it becomes the first vodka distillery to register its brand internationally.

Subsequently, following the economic instability of the 1980s and 1990s, the distillery fell into serious difficulty, risking bankruptcy. Thus Pernod Ricard acquired the brand in accordance with the long tradition of Wyborowa, by launching the product unaltered and maintaining the aims of its founder: quality and passion.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
