Volcan de mi Tierra takes its name from the Volcan de Tequila of Jalisco which, with its eruption 200,000 years ago, created an ideal volcanic soil for the cultivation of blue agave.

The tequila that is produced here fully expresses the complexity of the aromas of agave, found on the highlands and lowlands. The constant balance between tradition and modernity is expressed in the use of the stone oven, in the slow fermentation in wooden barrels and in the avant-garde procedures.
Volcán De Mi Tierra belongs to that 16% of tequila brands that can boast of being produced in a single dedicated distillery. How can you tell if the tequila you are drinking is authentic? Look for the NOM number on the bottle label. Many distilleries produce more than one brand of tequila: today we can find thousands of tequila brands, but only 134 distilleries, which means that many brands come from the same hacienda.
(Tequila brands that bear the same NOM on the label come from the same distillery).
Volcán De Mi Tierra instead comes from our exclusive distillery. NOM 1523: guarantee of heritage and quality.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
