Volcán de Mi Tierra Blanco is a tequila produced from a blend of two different terroirs.
The blue agave at the base of the distillate is in fact cultivated in both the Los Valles and Los Altos regions of the state of Jalisco in Mexico.
Agave from the lowlands undergoes part traditional and part modern production process, bringing with it spicy and fresh scents. That which is cultivated on the high plateaus goes through the modern process alone and gives the distillate typically sweet, round and red fruit notes.
Although it is not aged, therefore, Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco is the result of a blend of three different liquids as well as two terroirs and this gives the liquid a unique and complex organoleptic profile, perfect to be enhanced in a cocktail such as the Paloma.
Volcán de mi Tierra Blanco blends the grassy, citrusy and spicy notes of the lowlands with the fruity notes of cherry and pear of the highlands. Its flavour combines the sweet notes of agave with delicate hints of grapefruit and a spicy touch of black pepper, creating a well-finished balance.

As is well known, the two great spirits typical of Mexico, tequila and mezcal, are both extracted from agave. Agaves are plants native to the American continent, found mainly between Mexico and the...

Volcán de mi Tierra is named after Jalisco's Volcán de Tequila, which erupted 200,000 years ago, irreversibly changing the soil and making it volcanic, ideal for growing blue agave. The project, launched...
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
