Founded in 1998 by David Baker, the Bakery Hills distillery is located in southern Australia and more precisely in North Bayswater Victoria. The production of Bakery Hills whiskey began with the sole use of the Australian Franklin Malt but due to problems with the consistency of this variety, it was decided to continue only with Australian Schooner barley for both the Classic and Double Wood Single Malt.

At Bakery Hills, aging is carried out exclusively in small and medium-sized American and ex-Bourbon oak barrels, to ensure rapid maturation and an extraordinarily complex character.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
