Bloomsbury

England

We are talking about aromatic gin, back in vogue today thanks to the Gin Renaissance. If in the 40s this style was very appreciated and widespread, in the 70s it went out of fashion, even forcing a giant of the production of aromatic gin, Gordon's, to stop the production of Lemon Gin after 1988. Although not totally confirmed, Bloomsbury gins are probably distilled by the Hayman Distillers with a slightly higher alcohol content than the traditional London Dry method, making them extremely versatile in cocktails.
