Clynelish

Scotland - Lowland

Interesting history of the Clynelish distillery. The name was originally brought by the distillery now known as Brora, which is located right next to the new distillery built in 1967. The stills of this are built on the same drawings as Brora. The Clynelish distillate is mainly used for the Diageo blends (Johnnie Walker), however since 2005 the first single malt of the distillery began to come out.
