Distillerie De Paris' 3 Y.O. Conquete Whisky was selected by La Maison du Whisky for its 65th anniversary celebration series. This is a highly original Single Malt, produced at the distillery in the 10th Arrondissement of Paris, which has been matured for three years in oak barrels. In its intense olfactory and taste sequence, peat plays a predominant role.
Distillerie De Paris 3 Y.O. Conquete Whisky has a lively nose, characterised by hints of black and wet peat, bacon, varnish, candied orange and dried apricot, which gradually give way to grains of salt and pepper, with the peat asserting itself more firmly and an undercurrent of cut hay, walnut, honey and tuberose. The palate is lively and dense, with a peaty and malty attack, followed by notes of gentian, melon, ginger, cinnamon, milk chocolate and an increasingly malty aftertaste. The finish is balanced and persistent, empyreumatic, autumnal and herbaceous, with a light, drier peat stimulating the taste buds.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
