Bodega Lustau presents its first sherry-based vermouth. The two different wines of Jerez, one sweet and velvety, the Pedro Ximenes, the other dry with aromas of dried fruit, the Amonillado, age separately in the traditional Solera barrels for 10 years. The union of these wines, each with its own aromatic complexity, contributes to the personality of a vermouth built on the peculiarities of sherry.

Absinthe, gentian, coriander and bitter orange peel are the main botanical species of this distillate. Each botanical species is macerated separately to then be mixed in the definitive blend. The winemaking tradition of the Lustau is combined with the skill of the Caballero in one of the most interesting products of its category.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
