Citadelle

Citadelle

Citadelle gin is produced in Cognac, the birthplace of another well-known spirit.
Using centuries of wisdom handed down for five generations of master distillers, Alexandre Gabriel and the Pierre Ferrand winery have brought back to the market a complex, refined and elegant gin.

As it happened in the XVII century, Citadelle is distilled in small copper stills that produce a gin whose consistency and richness of aroma and flavor are unique.

The slow distillation allows the distiller to select the heart of the gin with precision, eliminating heads and tails. Although the Citadelle recipe is kept secret, key ingredients include botanists from all over the world.
