Grant's

Scotland

It was 1887 when William Grant opened his first distillery in Scotland with the help of his seven sons and two daughters. Later, William Grant's son-in-law, Charles Gordon, became the company's first salesman. During Prohibition, most distillery owners closed their doors, but William Grant went against the tide and actually increased production.

Five generations later, Grant's is still family-owned. From the highly skilled coopers who tend the casks to the distillers and maturation experts, Grant's whisky remains true to William Grant's original and jealously guarded recipe.
