Grant's Triple Wood is one of the most historic blended Scotch whiskies. It is produced from three types of casks: American virgin oak, which imparts spicy notes; American Second Fill oak, which imparts sweetness and smoothness; and ex-bourbon, which brings with it the hints of American whiskey. Being a Scotch, it has at least three years of ageing in Scotland.
1 Litre and a half version.
The blended Grant's Triple Wood has a soft and delicate nose, with hints of buttered bread, ripe pears and nuts. On the palate there are full notes of honey, banana, malt and chamomile. The finish is persistent and smooth, delicately herbaceous.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
