Eminente is a rum from the heart of an island the locals call 'Isla del Cocodrilo', whose unusual shape resembles that of the native crocodile.
A rich, full-bodied rum inspired by sugar cane distillates of the 9th century, with all their complexity.
Rum as we know it is a blend of aguardientes, the tastiest spirits the island produces, and extra-light rums, which add vitality to the rum.

César Marti, the youngest Maestro Ronero.
Growing up among sugar cane fields that stretched 'as far as the eye could see', he learnt his trade from his grandparents and maternal family who worked in the sugar industry.
Learning from the best after studying physics and engineering, César Marti was tutored by Jos Navarro Campa.
Under his tutelage, Marti not only became the youngest Maestro Ronero on the island, but achieved this status in just nine years, a feat still unmatched to this day.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
