Amaretto Adriatico was born out of founder Jean-Robert Bellanger's dream of producing an artisanal amaretto from only Italian raw materials. A total love for our country, also born from those two drops of amaretto that Jean-Robert's Italian mother used to put in tiramisu; a passion that is particularly focused on Apulia, from where the almonds of the 'Filippo Cea' quality come. These delicious fruits are hand-picked from the land of the De Michele family, roasted for hours, macerated and then distilled. Thanks to this process Adriatico is a completely natural, vegan friendly liqueur, with no preservatives and no added artificial flavourings.
The intimate connection with Apulia and its cultural heritage is evident right from the bottle, whose shape recalls Castel Del Monte, built by Frederick II using the mathematician Fibonacci's golden sequence as a model. Lastly, the logo features trulli, a unique Apulian element in the world, synonymous with the Italian ability to preserve traditions and draw inspiration from them for inventions of absolute quality, just like Amaretto Adriatico.

Toasted Amaretto aged inBotte di Grappa Bonollo is the latest limited edition from Adriatico.
The roasted and salted Apulian almonds were distilled in Full Proof and aged for 24 months in a barrel containing Bonollo grappa.
Before bottling, then, infusions of cinnamon, coffee and cocoa and a pinch of fior di sale from the Adriatic Sea were added: the classic ingredients that make Adriatico's recipe so characteristic. The result is a mineral, vinous, complex amaretto, rich in Mediterranean notes.

Adriatico Roasted is an artisanal Amaretto made from the prized 'Filippo Cea' variety of almonds hand-picked in the Apulian countryside, long roasted and finally distilled with the addition of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee and a pinch of salt from the Adriatic Sea. Balanced to perfection, it is an exciting and refreshing drink, with twice the sugar content of traditional amaretto.

Adriatico Crushed is a white amaretto liqueur with a silky texture and low sugar and alcohol content that make it very easy to drink, perfect to enjoy straight or mixed. The protagonists of this liqueur are Apulian almonds of the prized 'Filippo Cea' variety, hand-picked in the Apulian countryside, which give the liqueur a pleasant and persistent flavour, enriched with notes of vanilla.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
