Acqua Bianca

Acqua Bianca was created in 2019 by Salvatore Calabrese, the world's leading bartender. Known to many as 'Il Maestro', Calabrese used only the finest natural ingredients such as lemon, bergamot, peppermint, rose and ambergris, traditionally used in perfumery. Created in collaboration with De Kuyper, Salvatore Calabrese's innovative recipe has resulted in a unique liqueur that aims to innovate and revolutionise the liqueur category. Acqua Bianca was presented to the public for the first time at the 2019 Berlin Bar Convent. In the same 2019, De Kuyper Royal Distillers was named liquor producer of the year at the ISC.
