Essentia is a new line of cocktail finish, which is hydro alcoholic solution of essential oils of citrus, herbs and spices, used to bring perfume to cocktails without changing its taste, nevertheless adding elegance and prestige through the fragrance and sensory experience which only a high quality product, made with craftsmanship, can release. We use essential oil of Mint, grown by us in Santa Bianca (in the town of Pomarance, near Pisa, in Tuscany). It is a product obtained from distillation of the whole plants and flowers of Peppermint, harvested and immediately distilled.
