Da Hong Pao is a rare and heavily oxidized Oolong tea, with a mineral and intense taste, which grows in the rocks of the Wuyi Mountains of southern China.
The leaves of this tea, once fermented and dried, are combined with the high strength Bimber gin of the London distillery of the same name, for an infusion that obtains the maximum aromatic extraction. Everything is then filtered and bottled at a high degree.
