Santoni Aperitivo was created in Florence and reinterprets the great tradition of the Italian aperitif with a contemporary twist. Its character is distinguished by a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, with rhubarb taking centre stage – an ingredient that lends depth, elegance and a pleasant lingering aroma. The result is a premium aperitif with a refined profile, designed for those seeking an authentic and versatile flavour.
On the nose, delicate citrus and spicy notes emerge, followed by herbaceous undertones that lead into a smooth, fresh and harmonious palate. The long, delicately bitter finish makes Santoni Aperitivo an ideal choice for enhancing the convivial atmosphere of an aperitif, with a distinctly Italian character.
Santoni Aperitivo really comes into its own when served over ice with a slice of pink grapefruit, but it is in cocktails that it truly shines. Try it in the Spritz, with Prosecco and soda water for a fresh and well-balanced aperitif, or in the Santoni & Tonic, with tonic water and a twist of citrus, for a light drink rich in aromatic nuances. It is also perfect as a base for reinterpreting classic aperitifs with an elegant and contemporary twist.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
