Roots Rakomelo: the mountain honey liqueur
Liqueur Roots Rakomelo is made from a centuries-old recipe from Greek tradition. The main ingredient is Raki infusion with mountain honey and spices from the Aegean islands.
Raki, a distillate of grape pomace, was usually warmed by Aegean islanders and topped with honey. A warm winter remedy for colder days.
Strongly and flamboyantly scented, Roots Rakomelo releases roasted notes of hazelnut. Sweet, honeyed and delicate, it is ideal with orange and clove.
