The Isautier distillery was founded in 1845 in Saint Pierre, south of Réunion, and has been a family business for seven generations now. The Isautier family has always actively participated in the life and history of Réunion, and the distillery is continuously developing, especially in the export sector. From the property, which extends for 500 hectares, 300 of which are dedicated to sugar cane, both agricultural and traditional aged rums come, all of the highest quality.
