The rediscovery of an ancient Piedmontese cultivation, that of marijuana.
The tradition of Turin wine par excellence, Vermouth.
Hempatico comes from the union of Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG and Cortese DOC with the traditional botanicals used for the composition of Vermouth.
Its unique flavor is given by the use of two types of marijuana*: Carmagnola (the oldest in Italy, with hints of citrus) and Eletta Campana (which gives a tendency to hazelnut). These two varieties are left to macerate for about 20 days, after which they are assembled without filtering.
Extremely recognizable as Vermouth, Hempatico retains all the olfactory and gustatory characteristics of the Turin fortified wine, with a prevalence of herbaceous, citrus and absinthe notes, enhanced by the use of hemp. Its natural straw yellow color (typical of Erbaluce wine) is embellished with green reflections, which reminds the Hemp color.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
