Chopin produces very high quality vodka produced from a single ingredient in small batches with four discontinuous distillations. Potato vodka, rye and wheat.

The Chopin Vodka can be considered the world's first super premium vodka, ever since its arrival in 1993.
Since then, this Family-run Polish company has pursued the clear objective of showing that a quality vodka, made from exceptional ingredients, can be tasted and enjoyed in the same way as the finest whiskies and wines. In fact, contrary to popular belief, the best vodka is never odourless and tasteless, but, depending on the individual ingredient from which it comes, possesses entirely different nuances and complexities.
Chopin's revolutionary choice was precisely to produce three types of smooth vodka, each made from one of three basic ingredients: potatoes, rye and wheat.

The very high quality of this vodka starts with the choice of raw materials: the ingredients are grown within 20 miles of the Krzesk plant in eastern Poland, and come from a number of local farms that follow organic specifications. Water is also drawn directly from an artesian spring on the property.
The Chopin Vodka is produced in small batches with four discontinuous distillations, carried out in the 1896 copper still, one of the oldest stills still in operation in Poland. Filtering is done manually, as it used to be done in the old days.
Each of the three types of vodka produced perfectly combines tradition and innovation: the distillery was renovated and modernised in 2003, but the production techniques remain identical to those of the previous century. The quantities produced with this care are small, but the quality is unequalled, which is why Chopin has long topped the charts in competitions for the best vodkas.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
