The world's first super premium vodka produced from early potatoes. Sourced from a special variety cultivated since 2016 without chemicals or pesticides - in the rich dark soil of the fields around the distillery, the potatoes are harvested early to release a sweeter flavour profile, rich in delicate earthy notes. The distillate is then left to age for two years in 50-year-old Polish oak barrels, before being bottled by hand. Excellent to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but also perfect for martinis and Signature cocktails.
