Chopin Gold: potato, rye and wheat vodka

The Gold version of Chopin Vodka is a blend of the liquids produced by distilling the three raw materials from which the Polish distillery's entire range originates: potatoes, rye and wheat.

These come from family farms located within 18 miles of the distillery and grown without chemicals or pesticides. After cooking and fermentation they are distilled in small batches from January to May, following seasonality. Together with water and yeast, they are the only ingredients, distilled four times in the column still dating back to 1896.
