The release Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition is a limited-edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky born from the collaboration between the Highland distillery and Harrison Ford, under the supervision of Dr. Bill Lumsden.
The recipe combines the classic Glenmorangie profile matured in ex-Bourbon casks with a selection of whiskies finished in toasted Portuguese red wine casks.
The result is an elegant and structured whisky, where the floral and citrus notes typical of the maison meet greater tension, tannic grip and a delicate vinous touch.
Single malts are living a great moment and whisky enthusiasts, used to smooth and relaxed drinking, are becoming more and more demanding. A little further on, there is the world, also booming, of quality blending, made with quality raw materials and boundless creativity.
Now, according to Glenmorangie, the time has finally come to bring these two worlds together with the creation of Glenmorangie X, the first Single Malt explicitly designed for mixology. The latest addition to the distillery's range is matured in ex-bourbon casks before reaching a high level of smoothness and creaminess thanks to a second passage in charred virgin casks.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
