Cognac Ferrand 32 Y.O. Conquete is part of the Single Cask collection of the Maison Ferrand, whose vineyards are located in the terroir of Grande Champagne, premier cru for Cognac. Here, the brandies are distilled slowly, in small 25-hectolitre stills, to facilitate the concentration of aromas. This limited edition has been aged for an impressive 32 years.
Cognac Ferrand 32Y.O. Conquete has a broad nose, in which hints of flowers and orange peel and dark chocolate evolve into warm nuances of exotic fruit, tiger balsam, leather, spices, apricot and salted caramel. The palate is lively, rich with notes of mango, lime honey, cocoa, ginger and eucalyptus, which gradually give way to tonka beans, bay leaf, beeswax and walnuts. The finish is persistent, with tones of honey, cocoa beans, mango and verbena giving way to apricot.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
