Produced under the rules of House Giraud, company that produces Cognac since a long time ago in an artisanal way and always with totally natural procedures, Hitage is one of the most aged Cognacs released by Paul Giraud, after aging in Limousin durmast barrels. The wood oxygenation gives Hitage the old aroma and a substantial oxidation, typical of long aged aquavit. This Cognac has spices, vanilla and dried fruit notes with long and round persistency.
