Porcelain Shanghai Dry Gin is made from 18 botanicals including: Mongolian juniper berries, Goji berries, Sichuan pepper, cardamom, coriander seeds, almond, hazelnut, orange, lemon and grapefruit peel, tangerine, rose and 6 other secret ingredients.
Every process is artisanal and performed by hand: from opening the hazelnuts to peeling and drying the citrus fruits to applying the labels. Mulan is the name of the large, custom-made 500-liter copper still that is used for distillation: the botanicals simmer overnight inside the cauldron to achieve an intense aroma.
